Because of our busy work
schedule, we've decided to relax, chill out and enjoy our rest day outside
Metro Manila. That day was one of the memorable day for me because that was my
first time to drive my car from Cavite to Manila to meet my teammates. I’m not
too scared but happy because I've made it.
Our Meeting place is at Mcdo
Mckinley Hill in One world square, I will not mentioned our call time because
it will be very obvious why sometimes they call it "Pilipino Time"
always on time.
So, we leave the place and start
our one day trip to Tagaytay. We are very thankful for our best drivers Rahnee
and off course Raymund, we called that day as Adventure day! Not sure what my
other colleagues will say or comment about the driving experienced we had when
Raymund took over the driver’s seat once they read this blog.
Now, let me start mentioning the places
we've visited in Tagaytay.
First, we've visited Bag of Beans
for our breakfast. Bag of Beans offered a la carte, breakfast and brunch buffet.
We ordered, pancakes with different toppings, design and flavor.

Second, time to be holy at
Caleruega. One of the common retreat place for the students and also common
place now for picnic. This place called “Close to Nature, Closer to God”, you
can see chapels, experienced hanging bridge, some nice sightseeing, you can do
fish feeding also.

Third, time for lunch at Mahogany
market, we choose Ruby’s Carinderia and ordered bulalo, fried tawilis and
bulaklak. They offered free banana also called "senorita" other
carinderia offered free pineapple also.

Location:
Fourth, at People’s Park in the Sky.
You will see the view of the Taal Lake and the majestic view of Tagaytay
Highlands. This place is located in one of the highest places in Tagaytay, you
can also buy some souvenirs here and food. The entrance fee is 30 pesos per
head, parking fee for car is 25 pesos and if you want to ride in a jeepney you
have to rent the whole jeepney for 40 pesos.

Fifth, time for our snacks at
Mushroom Burger. They offered food with mushroom like burger and noodles. We
ordered burger, fries, ice cream and drinks. I don’t the actual price for all
our orders because we ordered individually and I forgot to get each receipts. :)

Last, at Skyranch. This is one of
the new places to visit when you go to Tagaytay, a place to enjoy rides and
food in some of the fast food chain and restaurant within this place. The
entrance fee is 50 pesos, we tried Super Viking for 100 pesos per head and Sky
Cruiser for 100 pesos also per head.

This is the end of our one day
trip in Tagaytay, but before we go back to Metro Manila, we visited Nuvali at
Santa Rosa Laguna and eat at Max’s Restaurant for our dinner. We ordered whole
fried chicken, chopsuey, kare-kare and a pitcher of ice tea.

Bag of Beans is one of my favourite Restaurant and cafe. I have dine there many times last time I used its services before my denver to yellowstone tours. This restaurant is situated in the Tagaytay city that offers European and Filipino cuisine. I had a great dinning experience and I enjoyed the Filipio breakfast dinning and find a chance to taste many dishes but that are my favourite chicken or pork Tocino, Beef Tapa and Pork Tapa. IF I again found a chance then I will definitely visit the other restaurant that you have shared in your blog.
