Lombardi's Authentic Italian
Lombardi's Authentic Italian
Another
Italian restaurant that you must try!
I was invited to the press conference of the Fengshui Master Hanz Cua last December
15, 2014 held at EDSA Shangrila Mall in Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City. Our
host restaurant is Lombardi’s Authentic Italian Cuisine, pizza and pasta made fresh every day.
While we are
listening and watching to Master Hanz Cua presentation we started to eat and enjoying
every food they served. That time, we are only 3 in our table and we really
don’t know how to eat all the food not because of the serving also the many
food they served. From this event, it is not just Master Hanz Cua who presented
but also some invited sponsored of his press conference like the head of Skin
Care by Wellness City, Ms. Sofia Veronica of SVR Infinity and a lot more.
From the list of
food that they served, one of the best for me and a must try are Mozzarella in
Carrozza and Parmigiana di Melanzane. Why Mozzarella in Carrozza? Because of
the fried mozzarella sandwich served with arrabiata sauce and salad that
compliments to each other. And why Parmigiana di Melanzane? Because of the good
combination of eggplant with parmesan and mozzarella, eggplants was roasted
with stewed tomatoes.
Other food that
we tasted are;
Rustic Ossobuco
Penne
panna Prosciutto Funghi
Tagliolini
Neri Al Salmone
(Home-made
black taglierini with smoked salmon and broccoli)
Risotto
Vegetariana
All the food
that they served are all authentic Italian flavors made with fresh and imported
ingredients from the Italian chef with a Filipino heart, Chef Davide Lombardi.
